Hybrid Entities

Hybrid Entities services can be deployed for remote management of AudioCodes On-premises devices that may be independently managed in Live Platform by the service provider, channel and customer users. For example, SME SBC devices and Media Packs . Devices can be added to connect calls to public internet or for local PSTN breakout. When adding the service you can attach the relevant device in the process.

You cannot attach devices to a Hybrid service that are already configured as BYOC devices associated with SIP Connections for other services such as Direct Routing, Operator Connect or Zoom.

Teams devices cannot be added to the Hybrid entities service (Teams devices are part of the Direct Routing service only).
